- Making financial contributions in 2012 to help those in need, especially the poor, to:
* Mother Frances Scholarship Fund at Sacred Heart School, Rockaway, NJ: started a new fund to provide scholarships so parents can send their children to Catholic school
* Dismas Ministry, Milwaukee: to assist former offenders through the challenges of re-entering society after prison
* Mary's Pence, Minneapolis: to provide for women who need shelter and training to make a new start in life
* PAX CHRISTI International: to assist in funding education and training to establish peaceful processes in relationships between groups of people
- Creating a hand-made Memorial Book to honor Sisters who have passed: view the online brochure here
- Collaborating and contributing to the establishment of the Day by Day Warming Shelter in Oshkosh, Wis., which provides daily meals and overnight shelter for adults with no other options
- Opening a new Novitiate House in Cunupia, Trinidad, West Indies
- Making a financial contribution to help the victims of the tornadoes that ripped through Merrill, Wis. during the summer of 2011
- 15 Sisters celebrate their Jubilee Year - the anniversary of profession - in 2011 - see their video tribute

- Expanding a new Web site for the Franciscan Institutefor Personal & Family Development, a highly innovative mobile ministry providing training and programs to reduce violence and promote a culture of peace, at www.franinstitute.org

- Celebrating the Centenary year of the death of Foundress Mother Frances Streitel and launch a Web site in tribute to her life and works at www.motherfrancesstreitel.org
